Warehouse Consumption Window
The Warehouse Consumption List window is the fundamental starting point for managing all inventory exit movements not associated with customer sales. Designed to centralize and organize warehouse product exits, this interface allows for a panoramic and updated view of each withdrawal. From here, users can quickly access the consumption history, filter them by status, such as pending or processed, and perform efficient operational tracking that serves as the basis for inventory control, cost accounting, and replenishment planning.
This window not only facilitates consultation but is also the central module for executing key actions in the inventory management cycle. It allows generating new consumption documents from templates, reviewing their complete details, editing them before confirmation, and directly converting them into other transaction documents once approved. Its structured design guarantees documentary control of warehouse exits, optimizes product traceability, and ensures the continuity of the logistical flow, transforming withdrawal requests into formally registered movements.

The Consumption List window is designed to display all merchandise consumption documents generated by the company. This window is divided into 2 sections:
- Upper section: Displays a list of Consumption documents, with document number, cost center or requester, total consumption value, and date.
- Lower section: Displays all items withdrawn in the selected document. Product code, name, consumed units, and unit value.
By right-clicking on the upper section, a pop-up menu appears with the options:
- Export to Excel: This option generates a downloadable Excel file with the list of consumptions.
- Print: Allows printing the list of consumption documents.
- Filters: Allows displaying only consumptions according to the user''s search criteria. By date, requester, cost center, warehouse, etc.
- Remove Filters
- Convert Document: Allows creating a new document from the selected document. The current document will not be modified. With this option, you can duplicate the consumption or convert it into another type of document, such as a purchase order, a transfer, etc.
At the bottom of the window, there are 3 buttons:
- New Consumption: This option allows creating a new Warehouse Consumption document.
- View Consumption: Opens the consumption document in Edit mode.
- Delete: Deletes the selected Consumption document. Only documents that have not been finalized or processed can be deleted.
Life Cycle of Warehouse Consumptions
The Consumption document has 2 main states:
- OPEN / PENDING: This state exists when the document has been created but has not been finalized and processed. The inventory has not been affected, and the document can be modified or deleted.
- CLOSED / PROCESSED: This state exists only after saving and finalizing the document. Once processed, the inventory is reduced according to the listed items. A Closed or Processed Consumption cannot be modified or deleted directly. Any adjustment requires creating a contrary document (such as an entry).
